NOTE: The Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) provides that proceedings of Professional Standards Committees (PSCs) are to be open to the public, except where the Committee otherwise directs. Under the Law, a PSC must provide its written statement of a decision to the complainant, the practitioner and to the Medical Council. The Council must make publicly available a statement of decision handed down after 1 October 2008 if it is in respect of a complaint that has been proved or admitted in whole or in part, unless the Committee has ordered otherwise.
DISCLAIMER: Every effort has been made to comply with non-publication orders or statutory provisions prohibiting publication that may apply to these decisions. The onus remains on any person using material in the decisions to ensure that the intended use of that material does not breach any such order or provision.
