Registration

The NSW Medical Board is the statutory authority created by the Medical Practice Act, 1992 to maintain a register of legally qualified medical practitioners entitled to practise medicine in NSW. All registered medical practitioners and applicants for registration should familiarise themselves with their legal and ethical obligations detailed on this website.

Please note: The Board's Registration Department takes telephone inquiries between 10.00am and 4.00pm from Monday to Friday.
